How You Can Help

Since 1873, residents of western Montana have been supporting the Providence mission to reveal God’s love for all, especially the poor and vulnerable, through our compassionate service. For almost 140 years nearly every building, service and advanced medical equipment has been funded by charitable contributions. The St. Patrick Hospital Foundation raises, manages and allocates donations throughout the community to help improve overall health. Fundraising efforts managed by the St. Patrick Hospital Foundation benefit Providence St. Joseph Medical Center, the International Heart Institute, the Montana Cancer Center, St. Patrick Hospital and the St. Patrick House. Donations raised in 2011 allowed us to give over $10.1 million in free and discounted healthcare to western Montanans.
Providence St. Joseph Medical Center’s Foundation was established in July of 2010 and its efforts are overseen by the director a community-based board of directors. These volunteers work with the Foundation staff to secure resources to help the hospital care for the poor and vulnerable and make medical and technological advances. This foundation was busy from its inception meeting the needs of the hospital by determining necessary projects and raising the funds to complete them.
You can help Providence St. Joseph Medical Center and St. Patrick Hospital by making a donation or charitable contribution to the St. Patrick Hospital Foundation.
