passion to transform conditions for the future. Through our research
programs, participation in clinical research trials and quality
strategic plan initiatives, Providence is significantly invested in
pursuing, identifying and implementing clinical innovations to enhance
the excellent, high quality care patients receive.
While we pursue our long-range clinical innovations, we also devote time to
more immediate initiatives. For example, several of our ministries are
collaborating on an electronic patient medical record system to provide safer
patient care, on sharing best practices in reducing hospital acquired infections
and on cultivating safer environments that eliminate preventable injuries and
deaths. Providence is driven to pioneer health care improvements and transform
conditions to change lives.
