Since 1973, Providence Tarzana Medical Center, recognized for its award-winning care, has provided inpatient, outpatient and emergency care for our San Fernando Valley communities. Our specialized services include orthopedics and oncology, as well as our heart and vascular care, with the only certified carotid stenting program in the area.
We have been recognized with awards for our treatment of heart attacks, excellence in maternity care, women’s healthcare and overall gastrointestinal services. With special certifications in neonatal and pediatric programs, Providence Tarzana is the only hospital in the Valley that performs delicate surgery on infants and children. Our neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) is one of the largest and most comprehensive in the area. We are one of the few hospitals with expertise in transfusion-free surgery.
