Overview
The new Providence Holy Cross Health Center in Porter Ranch, is designed to complement the many inpatient services now provided to North San Fernando Valley residents at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center. Providence Holy Cross Health Center in Porter Ranch brings additional outpatient health care services to the communities of Porter Ranch, Northridge, Granada Hills and Chatsworth.
The Providence Holy Cross Health Center includes:
- Imaging services at the Providence Holy Cross Health Center includes multi-slice CT, digital mammography, ultrasound, bone density and x-ray. To schedule an appointment please call 855.478.5423.
- Women's Wellness Center offering Babywise education classes including childbirth education, lactation support groups/consults, baby care basics and breast feeding retail. Classes are available in English and Spanish.
- Diabetes and nutrition education
- Other services included in the Porter Ranch Medical Plaza include primary care and specialist physician offices and urgent care.
