Designed to complement the inpatient services provided to those patients who visit Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, the outpatient health centers in Santa Clarita, Porter Ranch, and Mission Hills extend the high-quality continuum of care provided by Providence to our Valley communities.
Patients using the Providence Holy Cross Health Center in Santa Clarita or the Providence Holy Cross Health Center in Porter Ranch and the Outpatient Diagnostic Center in Mission Hills can rest assured that they are receiving expert care within the Providence network. Increased collaboration between your primary care physician and our Providence staff who are familiar with patient care protocols and treatment plans ensure your medical history and records are conveniently available to all your healthcare providers.
The Providence Outpatient Diagnostic Center located across the street from the Medical Center provides::
- Imaging services including ultrasound, digital mammography, fetal testing, and other general outpatient diagnostic procedures.

Providence Holy Cross Health Center in Santa Clarita provides:
- Laboratory tests
