Health Resource Center
The Providence Health Resource Center provides information about and referrals to affiliated physicians, health services, community resources and agencies. The center is available to patients, family members, visitors, professional staff, employees and community organizations seeking health information. Services include:
- FREE referrals, based on your insurance plan, to primary care physicians or specialists affiliated with Providence Health & Services
- Brochures, pamphlets and fliers on preventative health care topics
- Information about Providence Health & Services, its facilities and its programs
