Providence Hospice of Seattle

Welcome to Providence Hospice of Seattle

Providence Hospice of Seattle is a not-for-profit, community-based hospice ministry, serving patients in all of King County, including Vashon Island. We provide comprehensive and compassionate physical, emotional, and spiritual care to people nearing the end of their lives, including support for their families and friends.

Our interdisciplinary hospice team honors those approaching the end of life—offering expert care to people of all ages, and with diverse religious and cultural backgrounds. We are committed to serving the needs of our community, without regard to financial circumstances, and serve patients in their place of residence. Founded in 1975, Providence Hospice of Seattle was the first hospice in the Pacific Northwest and is one of the oldest in the nation.

If you need more information, want to refer a patient, or would like to request a free consultation, you can call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 206-749-7701.

“If only we had called you sooner...” is a comment we often hear from family members who have experienced the benefits of hospice care. Contact us as soon as you have questions or concerns about end-of-life care options.
