Providence Marianwood 

Providence Marianwood enjoys a superior reputation in the community for providing high-quality nursing care with love, compassion and respect for the dignity of all individuals. Owned and operated by Providence Health & Services, we are the only not-for-profit skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility on the Eastside of King County. Located in Issaquah, we serve residents from Sammamish, Snoqualmie, Bellevue, North Bend, and other communities throughout the Eastside. We are nestled in the woods on the south end of the Issaquah Plateau. With a staff to resident ratio that exceeds national standards, we pride ourselves on truly being "more than a nursing home." We follow the Providence Mission, and our talented staff continually strives to exceed quality care standards and exceed our patients’ and their families’ expectations.
