Providence O’Christmas Trees Gala Dinner and Auction is held annually at the Westin Hotel Seattle on the Wednesday after Thanksgiving. Funds raised at this event support Providence Senior and Community Services. Learn more about our beneficiaries. 

The Gala Dinner and Auction will be held on November 28, 2012. Along with a fabulous dinner, the evening includes two silent auctions and a live auction. In order to be successful we rely on community businesses and friends to donate tangible items, gift certificates and cash.

A CASH DONATION helps us reach our financial goal and is always welcome regardless of the amount. To donate cash please use the link to the right, you will be directed to our secure pay server where you can enter your information with confidence. 

An AUCTION ITEM donation is also welcome. Everyone has the potential to donate to our auction. New items, unique antiquities, memorabilia, restaurant and hotel gift certificates, and vacation getaways are always popular selling items. An IN-KIND donation provides goods or services that are necessary to the production of all of our events. If you have a business or supplies that you think will be useful to produce our events, we would love to hear from you. Your donation will increase our bottom line as we will not have to spend cash for a needed item. Some examples of an IN-KIND donation include table linens, photography, entertainment, printing, Christmas tree vendor, Christmas decorations, signage, videographer, etc. If you would like to discuss a possible in-kind donation please contact Patricia Szabo 206.938.2788 or patricia.szabo@providence.org
