Brunch by the Bay
With Anthony's Woodfire Grill in Everett filled to capacity on October 16, 2011 guests of our 21st annual Brunch by the Bay enjoyed an afternoon of fantastic food accompanied by spirited bidding on some truly fabulous auction items.
Chaired by Board Member Carolyn Johnson with King 5 News' Jesse Jones as Emcee and Mike Spencer of Opus Bank as Auctioneer, the event raised over $93,000 benefiting Providence Hospice and Home Care of Snohomish County Carousel Program and Camp Erin.
Also included in the program was the presentation of the 27th Angel of Hospice Award honoring Carol Stuchell posthumously. The award was accepted by her husband, Harry, with 4 of their 5 daughters present.
In addition, our Fund-an-item guest speakers, sister and brother Sabrina and CJ Hillbrand spoke of their experience at Camp Erin, raising $19,425 toward Camp Erin camper sponsorship during the Fund-an-item portion of the auction.
