One Health Port
All One Health Port requests and questions can be sent to either Lisa George, Director, or to our Information System (IS) Help Desk. Most of the issues have to be resolved by IS. Their phone number is 1-800-635-9295.

New Provider Orientation
New provider orientation is held on the fourth Wednesday of every month. The content and format of the orientation is currently under discussion. Any feedback you'd like to provide is appreciated. Coordination is through each Medical Staff Division Coordinator in the Medical Staff Office. Or, you may contact Lisa George directly at 425-261-3929 or email Lisa.George@providence.org.
Badges for Providers and Residents
All new providers will receive a badge at orientation. If beginning practice within the hospital prior to orientation, the photo and badge pick-up will be available through each Medical Staff Division Coordinator in the Medical Staff Office.
For replacement badges, call the Badge Office at 425-261-3913 or send an email to BadgeOfficePEMC@providence.org. If they are not available, you can get a replacement through each Medical Staff Division Coordinator in the Medical Staff Office.
Practitioner Information Update
Update your address, phone number, or other information with the credentialing office through the Physician Update Form.
Shadows for Physicians
Shadows are arranged through Volunteer Services. Shadows are here for typically no more than eight hours, are constantly accompanied by you, and do not have direct hands-on patient contact. Shadows do need a background check and a badge. Volunteer Services can be reached at 425-261-4580.
