For the 26th year in a row, Anthony’s HomePort Restaurant in Everett closed its doors to the general public to cook-up a fantastic culinary adventure in support of Providence General Foundation. Chaired by Tom and Kjersti Lane, the March 13th evening affair served up some delicious cuisine, fine wine…and tremendous support for cardiovascular education.
The evening began with a water-side reception featuring Northwest Oysters paired with Washington Wines. The dinner soon followed, showcasing a brand-new Salmon entrée crafted especially for the evening. Guests generously raised their bid cards high during the live auction, and for a special fund-a-need request introduced with a personal story from Mike Deller regarding his recent experience with open-heart surgery.
The nearly sold-out house helped to bring in a total of $112,000 to benefit the David J. Stewart, MD, Cardiovascular Education Fund. Thank you to all who attended the festive evening and to our generous sponsors.
