Festival of Trees
2011 Festival of Trees brings in $612,000 to help support children’s services at Providence Regional Medical Center.
This past Festival of Trees will always be remembered as the one with a special “sparkle.”
With chairs Don and Shirley Ayres leading the way, the event took on a classy, modern look as the rooms were draped in white with cool blues, silvers, hint of cranberry, and lots of sparkle.
As always, the elegantly decorated trees were the center of attention as the tree designers out-designed themselves once again!
The many events—Opening Night, Community Open House, Gala & Auction, and Teddy Bear Breakfast--attracted more than 4,000 attendees to this year’s Festival. Thank you to our Title Sponsor Mortneson Construction, and our many other generous sponsors, volunteers, and guests who helped make the 2011 Festival enjoyable and successful. Many children here in our community will benefit from the funding raised.
Proceeds from Festival of Trees benefit Providence Children’s services, ensuring that children born with medical conditions or those who face challenges stemming from illness or injury receive quality care, regardless of their family’s ability to pay for treatment.
