Welcome to the Annual Report for the Accelerating Clinical Transformation (ACT now) initiative. Launched in 2007, the ACT now initiative promotes the discovery, refinement and spread of leading clinical practice. The initiative also supports innovation and development of project ideas that might not otherwise have resources available. The work of this initiative and every project team involved is a transformational force to improve the quality of care and outcomes across Providence.
