About Us
With 644 beds, Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children’s Hospital is one of the largest hospitals in the Northwest, employing more than 4,000 health care professionals and support staff. Our medical staff provides the expertise and skills of over 800 specialists and primary care doctors. Volunteers, who provide support to many hospital services, include 400 women, men and young people.

In addition, Sacred Heart works collaboratively with other hospitals and organizations in the Spokane area where one program rather than several will more efficiently and economically serve the community.
