We all age … hair goes gray, wrinkles form and gravity is no longer a physics concept. But most of the maladies associated with aging; weight gain, sore joints, fatigue, depression, are the result of a different process: decay.

Aging is not optional, but decay is! Based on the book "Younger Next Year," Dr Alexander will explore the science behind the process of physical decay and how exercise impacts your physiology to stem or reverse that process. Understanding these concepts has been a powerful motivator for many of her patients (not to mention her husband!).

You will leave with a new appreciation of how simple exercise can improve the quality of your current, and future life!
